The Mediterranean coastal city of Limassol in Cyprus, a top holiday destination, is hosting the 24th International Conference on Telecommunications. This year’s theme focuses on intelligence built into devices, systems, and processes. The ample computation, communication and sensing/actuation capabilities offered by increasingly miniaturized and low-cost electronic devices are enabling a myriad of new applications with transformative implications to numerous economic sectors. We have reached a point where intelligence built into these devices enables, for example, the realization of affordable and useful smart homes and smart grids, autonomous vehicles, and unmanned aerial systems; all of which have tremendous impact on their own but more importantly in conjunction with each other.

ICT 2017 invites world-class researchers to share their ideas and progress in addressing challenges faced in this increasingly intelligent realm of information and telecommunication technologies as part of a rich conference program including Plenary Talks, Tutorials, Workshops as well as Regular and Special Sessions.

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical papers reporting original research of theoretical or applied nature for presentation at the conference and publication in the ICT 2017 Proceedings. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The manuscripts must be prepared in English, following IEEE two-column Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings (available here) with a maximum length of five (5) printed pages without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional pages are allowed with over length page charge of 100€ for each page if accepted). Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted.

Please note that every accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one FULL registration and must be presented in the conference.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

All papers for the ICT 2017 Main Track should be submitted via EDAS using http://edas.info/23077. Only pdf files are accepted.
